I have been trying to tether my laptop to my phone. When I was with three all I had to do was toggle hotspot on and it worked. Now the toggle button has disappeared and been replaced by set up personal hotspot which directs to a website which is no help at all.
Does anyone have a solution

If you have an iPhone, you need O2 to add iData bolt on to your account.
Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
