Edit: If a Direct Debit was not set up when you took out your contract you need to contact customer service. Call for free on 202 from your mobile. Do not use Live Chat for this.

Or you could use this form, although the process would take a lot longer than the suggestion of contacting CS as stated above by @Bambino.
