I paid my bill on Friday and now my services have been restricted

@33444456 To avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit, which you're meant to do.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
