Hi. I just upgraded my phone. I completed the sim swap however I still have no service/signal on my phone. I have reset the phone and taken the sim out and back in and it’s still not working.

Is your old sim still working? If so use that.

If not you need to call. Keep rebooting the phone

No my old sim is not working because I done a sim swap to connect my new sim To work. Nothing is working.

If your old sim isn't working then it means the swap has started. Keep rebooting your phone with new sim and something should happen soon. Hopefully.

If nothing happens today then call customer services. In fact call them at 8am when they open. Use any numbers in this link
