I recently wrote to Felim Mackle about an ongoing issue with direct debits and the way in which O2 has handled a change of account, my letter sent for his personal attention has not yet been answered and whilst I am loathe to air dirty washing in a place like here, or Twitspace, I would like a formal response.

 

Does anyone have a contact for him?

 

I'm happy to discuss openly but want to give O2 the right to a personal response.

Unlikely you'll get a response here.

Your best bet is what you have already done by writing a letter(email?).

Have you already used the official complaint channels?
