My phone broke and i havent been able access my emails to get the repair booking information. I finally got into it and sent it off but it was longer than 1 month. O2 have received the phone but i havent heard anything. Will they still look at it? The tracker says 'job cancelled' on 16th but i sent it on 20th??
It also says out of warranty at the side but it is still in warranty so I dont know what this means?
