Sent Wrong Sim and cut off from the world

Anonymous
Not applicable

My 2 year contract ended yesterday. I was sent a sim card by o2 that was pay as you go. I asked for it to be for my iphone 5 and to remain my number.

Today I went to put my sim card in my phone and it is the wrong size......

I just checked my account and my old number doesnt appear to be visable and a new one is on there that I know nothing about.

I am at work and I have tried calling the 0344 numbers but they do not go through?

I cannot email, text or call 202 to get hold of o2.

Is there another number i can call from a landline?

Also any O2 high street shops hold the nano sims and can sim swap for you if you don't want to wait for one to be posted out.

If you have access to a nearby O2 store you can go in and get the right size sim and swap your number to it at the same time.

Thanks but as mentioned the numbers do not work...

The live chat just says.....

We're just checking to see if there's an available agent..

Forever..

Is there no other number like the old 0800s or something?

If you can't get through via any of the linked to contact methods you will have to try an O2 store.

You can try these. Can't guarantee any of them will work, but it won't cost you anything to try:

0800 9777027

0800 0890217
