Sending text messages to short codes and competitions

Hi, I can’t enter competitions via text anymore? I used to be able to but now it just fails and I can not find anywhere on the my o2 app to change this. Can I have some help please

Or you could have a spend cap

You may also need o2 to adjust your spend cap as may be low or zero.
