I have 2 phones,One is used for work and the other is for family and friends.
I was wonering; Is there an app or service where i could move credit from one of my sim card or accounts to my other sim? Maybe if my son or daughter to was short of credit,I could send & lend them any amount from 10p - £15 credit to use on thier phone, account or sim to use on calls txts data...etc maybe even they could make small purchases off thier credit for food, cigarettes even alcohol.. If over 18.
Post Back soon please,
Thank You
Hughie

You could use something like the O2 Wallet for this if you can top it up with a bank account:
http://www.o2.co.uk/money/wallet
You can't move phone credit though but you can use the app to top up a phone.
This is similar to a pre-paid Visa card.

As interesting an idea as this sounds on paper I can't see it ever being implemented by any network as forums would be innundated with threads saying "fraudsters stole all my credit" pretty soon

Personally I don't think this will ever get the go ahead. It's so easy to transfer money these days in far more secure ways. As pointed out earlier there is at present the alternative of O2 Wallet.

However many ways of paying are provided, there will always be a request for another.
This one is a bit more off the wall than most suggestions.
