Self cancel

Hi all, and a Happy New Year.


I originally ordered the iPhone 12 pro max from mobile phones direct, but later decided to save on the upfront cost, ordered through O2.

I cancelled with MPD, I am assuming that O2 would temporarily see I have 2 iPhones on order.

I went to place an order for the Apple Watch, and it asked for a deposit, would that be they are seeing 2 phones on order, and if so, how long does it normally take for the one phone to drop off the system.

Also, when this happens and I try to place the order for the watch, is it likely O2 would still require a deposit.

Sorry for the long winded post.

I'd give customer service a call tomorrow to check what's in progress etc..

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
