Does anyone know how you talk to a person, I've just taken out a new contract and they was supposed to keep my existing number and still haven't changed it, tried the useless app🙄 they was quick enough in person when getting me signed up now I've lost countless calls about work because I'm on a different number still, surely there are some people employed

You can call on 202 from the o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other number.. unfortunately people are off sick from Covid / FLu and the high number of staff leaving call centre employers due to the abuse been levelled at them by members of the public.. 

 

You can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
