Hi all, when I go to pay off my device plan and go to the payments section I see "get in touch to continue with your purchase" with an error code 2825

Anyone knows what that error code means?

No, pay off device plan first and airtime can be cancelled for free.

You can only pay the current months bill yourself.

If you want to pay off fully you need to contact O2.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

So I have to pay off my airtime bill before I can pay off my device plan right?
