I ordered with O2 direct. Got confirmation of the order then email with reference number to track and it stated my order is on its way. But I can't track it on my O2 app status showing nothing.
I went on to DHL tracking it was showing earlier this afternoon parcel is at delivery depo. Now I can't track the parcel because it doesn't exist.
My parcel tracking number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Not having good experience with O2 as new customer. Don't what seems to be the issue.
