I have an existing O2 account and applied for another contract through another company but my application was declined

No one can know why and O2 won't tell you either.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I ordered with O2 direct. Got confirmation of the order then email with reference number to track and it stated my order is on its way. But I can't track it on my O2 app status showing nothing.
I went on to DHL tracking it was showing earlier this afternoon parcel is at delivery depo. Now I can't track the parcel because it doesn't exist.
My parcel tracking number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Not having good experience with O2 as new customer. Don't what seems to be the issue.
