Second Direct debut set up

Hi, I’ve received a notification from my bank today that two new direct debits have been set up on my behalf from o2. My normal 2 DDs are still set up, why would they set up a further 2? Thanks!

Have you checked with your bank or My O2?

It sounds like you have been the victim of a fraudulent account being set up. Check My O2 to see if there has been another phone contract taken out and if so ask to speak to the Fraud team.
