This is a phishing text doing the rounds at the moment. We have had a few reports on the community about this the past couple of weeks

We're only hearing from a very small amount of people who are either questioning these texts or are smart enough to know what they are. These texts could potentially be going out to millions of customers, if the scammers have gotten hold of customer lists, which it appears that they have. I'm surprised that this hasn't made the news.
