Got a text message from this number today +44 7485 604270 saying “O2: We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid suspension of your contract, update your billing information via: "resolutions-o2.com”  is this a scam?

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

O2 never text from a mobile number.

I got same text early hours just deleted and blocked it and went back to sleep Smiley Mad
