Scam subscription text

I have just recieved a text stating I've signed up to a £3/week service (fitguru).

I have never heard of this service and certainly don't want a subscription.

My questions are:

1) How do I make sure this subscription is not active and I won't be billed?

2) How can I stop these premium-rate services from being added to my account in the future

3) Is there some way to report this, since it's clearly a scam

Thanks

Andy

Call customer services too and ask them to put a premium services block on your account.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@ecco1007 see the link above for help and also ask customer services to put both a charge to mobile block and premium rate block on your account.

Call again and speak to someone who knows their job. Don't use live chat.

Dave,

This is a subscription service. Our supplier has advised that you contact this company and unsubscribe. They have sent me a link to FitGuru TV website and also their T’s and C’s where there is an section on how to unsubscribe.

http://www.fitguru.tv/mobi/mobile.php?aff_msisdn=

http://www.fitguru.tv/mobi/terms.php

In the Ts and Cs it states that the company behind Fit Guru is called Taptronic and there are lots of contact details in the Ts and Cs for contacting them also.

The Taptronic website is below for your reference.

http://taptronic.net/products.html

so i have now called the number and they told me they could not fined my number on the system and will look into it and im giving up the will to live on this pmsl but thank you for you help
