Scam number +88194860015? [yes}

Hi all,

Last night I got a call from the following number: +88194860015. I rung it to find out who it was and got through to someone who was asking strange questions then hung up after 20 seconds. My husband did a search on the number and supposedly it is a premium rate number and I'll get charged on my bill for it. Is there anything I can do to stop or reverse the charge if it is a scam number?

If this is an international scamm number not a lot you can do.

As you dialled the number you'll have to pay the costs associated with it I'm afraid.
Lesson to google the number before calling it next time.

http://who-called.co.uk/Number/0088194860015 confirms my worst fears and http://international.o2.co.uk/internationaltariffs/calling_abroad_from_uk has no satelite but if ferries cruis and areoplanes cost £8.10 per min and min one min !!!!!!!
