Please do not ask o2 to look into a scam call as they do not rectify this and then proceed to tell you that o2 community are not telling the truth. At this time with covid and christmas its a joke

If you called the number back you may be liable for the calls unfortunately, but I would like to think that customer service would offer some sort of goodwill gesture as it is a well known scam.

Block the number and do not follow any links.
Other ways to report here including Action Fraud website

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@XD143R257K You can report the number for free to 7726

Any number beginning with the prefix 09 is a premium rate number. After all these years I would have thought that was common knowledge.

All the members of this community are customers. What purpose would it serve us to not be telling the truth?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
