Help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premi... and also you can search the forum for "Safari" as it's been reported many times previously.

This really is a big issue these days and its time the regulators clamped down on it. Legal yes but definitely immoral and disgraceful. Do I want to work for my living or trap unfortunate people with scams...easy money!

A sad reflection on how society is today. If you can't earn a decent living, con people who do!
I can't actually fathom what OFCOM is there for if not for outlawing these kinds of scams and making it all illegal unless the customer explicitly signs up for services surrounded by the same legislation as any other contract you take out.

It does seem to be an issue when PSA ( previously known as PhonePay plus) are unable to do much about it slight_frown Whether they are legal or not Safari are well known for conning people into a service they neither want or need just by clicking on a link...

LARGE fines are obviously not the answer, don't pay it and simply register another company.
