Hi all,i recently bought a watch from 02,and it keeps saying make call via Bluetooth all the time?
I was under the assumption i didn't need my mobile with me to make calls now?

I have activated the esim with the new number provided with it.

Do i need to change the esim number to my main mobile number for it to work correctly??

Does the watch have to be connected to both Bluetooth and wireless connection?or should it work without them being turned on?
Thanks

Your phone always has to be turned on and connected to the network.
You need to enable calls on other devices in the phone app and you also need to have WiFi and 4g calling enabled on your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
