Samsung galaxy ultra

Hi, I ordered a new phone last week, the Samsung s20 ultra (cosmic grey) I was told I would have it today.

I got a text on saturday saying it's taking longer than expected, I offered to change the colour of the phone to get it soon as well. As mine is broke, but was assured I would receive it today.

Has anyone had the same problem?

There is delays with post and deliveries due to the current situation, but You could try with Skype if you have it

Hi.

I called, still couldn't get through. Said it was for new upgrade an anything else urgent, and to check online.

Phone still isn't here, should of been here on monday, no text, no email, nothing.
