Anyone else not received their voucher for £1 samsung earbuds?  I upgraded in October and the offer I got was earbuds for £1.  Having chased and chased via online chat and phoning o2 customer services I keep getting the same "you will receive the voucher with 5 working days"  well the 5 days comes and goes and I ask again and get the same reply.  Is there an issue? I purposely chose the tariff and phone for this offer yet I now feel it was just to get me to upgrade

Same thing here , I upgraded to a galaxy zfold 5 which isn't cheap a month with the expectation of receiving some earbuds, have phone customer services approx 6 times each time being fobbed off, the last conversation saying that it will be reported to her manager and I would receive them in 5 days , that was 2 weeks ago!! Disgusting service

They have promised me a new code and call backs none have been honored. Ive been told so many lies im even starting to believe them.

What a total waste of space they are in the call centres they are total garbage i dont care if i never speak to them again .I wouldnt give them the time of day. EVER

All the info we have on these gift deals, including who and how to reach the right department at the relevant stage, is here, @RAPS - Guide: Gift with Purchase

More than that is not possible via the forum. Good luck!

You could consider registering a formal complaint but please regard a complaint as a last resort. They take about eight weeks to finalise and, in the meantime, you might find a reluctance from Customer Services to interact with you or to address your problem.

If you do want to complain, please see :-

Please take a look at Resolver in the first link ; they have a reputation for facilitating satisfactory outcomes.

I am experiencing exactly the same as you. I keep being told wait 5 days and the voucher will come via text message. 5 days pass, nothing, I keep calling to be told its been escalated. I'm starting to run out of patience. I bought my phone at the beginning of October, 30 days has long passed.

Welcome to this customer-to-customer forum. All of the advice we can give you is in the Guide: Gift with Purchase  that @jonsie and @pgn have referenced above.

In summary, the advice is to keep pestering O2's Customer Service ; if you have not made any progress by say mid-January, make a complaint - but as a last resort.

When you contact Customer Service by 'phone, a good time to call is about 8.15am. This increases your chances of speaking to a UK call centre, which tend to have more experienced staff.

Social media is also a recommended way to chase O2 :-
