Samsung S3 never has 3G??

Hello! 

I have a Samsung S3 on pay monthly, but I never seem to get 3G? Mobile browsing is on and I get H+ or G, but never 3G.

It's never been an issue  but a friend on Orange always has 3G on their phone it's the same as mine).

I've double checked APN, anyone else have any ideas? 

This also inculdes when I'm in a great signal area, full bars, everyone else on 3G on their O2 or Orange phones.

H and H+ are faster than 3G.

It never runs faster than the times I have had 3G, it's always very sluggish to load a webpage or an app? I've tried rebooting my phone, closing apps, still running slow on any mobile data usage. 

I personally think it's something up with my handest, just wondered if it was something anyone else has dealt with..

Try downloading an app to clear your cache. Something like this:

I've not used that one so I can't say it's any good. There are plenty of others as well if you search on Google Play. See if using one of them helps.
