Ive just recieved my upgrade S20 through the post and set it all up. When I make calls its constantly cutting out and I cant hear anyone nor can they hear me. (Yes ive taken off the protective sticky bits) also when I go off WIFI I am getting no 3g, 4g nor 5g. Im only getting 'E' and that isnt even working properly either I only get messages through when im back home connected to WIFI. Has anyone had these issues or is my phone faulty? Cant phone or contact O2 about this as nobody there. Pretty annoyed really.. went for an early upgrade and paid for same day delivery for the phone not to work - Old phone has also stopped working!

Sounds faulty unless you have local network issues O2 Service Status
