Hi, I have just purchased a Samsung Galaxy watch 4 along side my monthly phone contract. Now when I log in to my O2 account it has not details of my phone data usage or minutes and only shows my watch data allowance.
Does anyone know why this has happened? I have tried to call, on hold for 30mins and then the lines closed. Thanks

Did you upgrade?
If so, the watch has replaced your phone.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Hi, no I didnt do it as an upgrade - did it separately. I will have to call again tomorrow and speak to someone. Thanks
