I've recently upgraded from a Huawei P20 Pro to a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G ive had it for 3 days and I've been really disappointed with the battery.
I'm pretty savy knowing about background running apps and making sure I don't have too many notifications on and that but the battery is terrible. Where my P20 Pro would last all day doing the same im doing now which is just general stuff, The S20 is needing charging to last the day.
I'm not using it for games so not sure why it dying so quick, having second thoughts about the phone now unless this phone is faulty.

If you've only had the phone 3 days and aren't happy with it you'll need to speak to customer service to request a replacement. 0800 587 4005 seems to be the best number to try first.
