Hi All,
Hopefully someone can help me with this, I am on a sim only plan and have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G and the wifi calling option is not available. Looking through some of the info I read that the phone has to have O2 firmware on it to support wifi calling. I was previously on EE and that used WiFi calling automatically. I live in a poor reception area and I went to O2 because it supports ) WiFi calling and assumed it would just work.
Has anybody had this issue and managed to resolve it please. Looking forward to any help on offer.
Thanks

It does need to be enabled on your account so you need to call them.
The best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005

If phone has EE firmware on it, it may not work.
You'll need O2 or generic firmware if enabling on account doesn't work.

Hi, ghughes,
Have a look in your myo2 app and select 'your account', scroll down until you get to 'view all', scroll down to 'connection', and if you have wifi & 4G calling, it will be listed there. If you haven't, you will need to call 0800 587 4005 and have it added to your account, but do explain that it's an EE device, so that they can properly advise you.
Hope you get this resolved.
