My Samsung A71 has inexplicably decided not to recognise my password after months of perfect operation.

This means that I cannot do anything to recify the problem because I can't even switch my phone on.

Any help would be gratefully recieved.

If you continue to enter the password a number of times it should give you the option to sign in with your Google account details.

Once in, you can rest your pin or password.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
