Solved: Same SIM new 5g phone

Recently upgraded from Samsung Galaxy s10 to Sony Xperia 5 II 5g. I kept the SIM from previous phone which I got June 2019. Do I need a new SIM to connect to 5g network or not?

Yes you will. O2 didn't launch 5G until Oct 2019 so your old sim is only capable of 4G

You can get a new one by calling O2 or going instore.
