A few websites i go on don’t allow me access and says i have parental lock on but when i call the number or enter my card details for age verification neither of them work what can i do besides visiting a O2 store?

You can call customer services (find their number on the contact us link at the bottom of this page). They can remove the age lock for you.
Best time to call is 8-8:30am.

In defence of live chat for this issue, they did mine no problem.
You can also pop in store.

Disconcertingly the most reliable way of accessing the legacy wap-ish part of the My3 app online side on three Is by accessing the user configurable adult content bar, which is to be found there.
