Hey all, basically my Vodafone contract ended today, I was told to send a STAC text to a number which will then cancel my contract. Does my new provider now O2 with new phone and new number have to be informed with this to complete the Vodafone contract finished?!

Hi @Ashbyrobins 

You need to give the STAC along with the number you are discontinuing to O2. Your contract with Voda should then be terminated within 24 hours.
