Hi, for some time now the service has been appalling and it is due to O2 losing three masts in our area. EE etc don't have these issues. How can I cancel with no penalty?

You cant as per your Terms and Conditions, o2 do not guarantee a 100% service level, and faults do occur to the network infrastructure.. and o2 will be fixing those mast, but will be hamstrung by landlords, NIMBY's, local councils, parts etc etc..
Your best option is to pay off your device plan in full, and then cancel the airtime.
EE dont use the same masts or Infrastructure as o2, so there masts will be located elsewhere.
Just to add EE, Three and Vodafone, have similar issues in other parts of the country...
