True. Just show that there is definitely a problem between tele2 and O2, but I guess it's whoever will accept responsibility and actually look into what the problem is.
So far O2 haven't not been very helpful.

I don't really see this getting resolved to be honest as it won't be very high on O2's current network issues. Hope I'm wrong.

Probably true, however you don't get anywhere if you don't at least try
Not that I would be using it much, it's expensive to text Russia comparitively speaking. Especially with vk messaging etc being free, just requiring data :)

It's unfortunate that companies wanting to make money gets in the way of technology.
If you could just roam with phone and SMS without extra charges I'd be happy. I'm not doing data roaming as there's plenty of wireless over there
