I keep getting a message saying I have reached my sms limit for the month. Why when I have unlimited texts.

That's 100 a day on payg or 400 a day on contract - surely that's enough - your thumbs would fall off with any more

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I don't even send 50 a day I mainly use whatsapp, FB messenger & texts for people who don't use those particular apps
