I keep getting a message saying I have reached my sms limit for the month. Why when I have unlimited texts.

That's 100 a day on payg or 400 a day on contract - surely that's enough - your thumbs would fall off with any more tongue

It can only be one of two reasons. Either your allowance  nneds to be renewed for the anniversary date (P&G) or you have reached the unwritten fair usage policy in which case you must have sent an enormous amount of texts. Clarify the problem with customer service.

Some O2 staff on the forum have said those are the limits, but O2 have never confirmed it.
