For years I've just gone along with an O2 SIM only account paying £15 a month. Thought I'd explore other options on-line. Back in 2009 I registered on-line so I logged in with e-mail username and password. I got logged in, there's my phone number on the screen, but when I click View My Bill it says 'You don't appear to have any 'Pay Monthly mobile'. How do I get my account properly set up? Jabby.

Thanks. I'm still using an old Nokia N73, not a smart phone. While exploring on-line I did find out I have an o2 email address (never used it), maybe I should register with that? But I'll go with calling 202 as you suggest. Thanks, jabby.

It will probably be that O2 have set up your online account with different details that you are using to sign in. As BOB says, a quick call to customer service will sort it for you.

I rang 202 and received the series of emails, my on-line account is sorted. I think I should have been looking at the https://businessonline.o2.co.uk site but I had forgotten originally signing up for a business account :o)) Anyway, sorted, so maybe now I'll go to getting a proper phone 🐵
