This is not posted in the right thread, @Lfc1 - and you would be best advised not to cancel your direct debit, as O2's automated systems will pick up on the missed payments and it will be flagged up on your credit record, with knock-on effects to any of your future borrowing plans.

As SIMs are sent via Royal Mail, the Postal delays and strikes may have affected delivery.

You will need to contact the O2 sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255 after 10am this morning.

Also your contract is payable a month in advance, standard across all mobile operators' contracts - it is possible O2 may make an exception for their first payment in your case - but talk to O2, do not just cancel the DD, it will only hurt you, not O2.

I have asked for this section of the thread to be moved to a more relevant section of the forum.

Good luck.
