Hello. I placed a Pay monthly SIM the November 14th but I didn't received it yet. O2 is billing me since November 15th and I'm not very happy with that. What can I do to track my order? Thank you

You need to call customer service I'm afraid.

You can also claim a refund of costs incurred whilst sim was in transit.
