Hi,
I ordered a SIM only deal that was ordered in the 3rd April. The line has been activated but I have not got the SIM.
I tried to ring 02 and contact them online but was advised that they cannot speak to me as they are only dealing with vulnerable customers, I am a 67 year old widow living alone who is currently under lockdown like the majority of the UK.
I cannot get any information from 02, social media, calls, emails etc
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Were you with O2 before, if so carry on using the old sim unless you were P&G.

I am with 02 on pay as you go. I was paying £20 per month but my son upgraded me to a sim only for the same price but more data.
I cant afford to be putting money into the phone any more thats why he ordred the sim for me
