Hello, since signing contract with Virgin media and O2, I haven’t received my SIM card, but I’m paying for contract already?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

You will get billed from the date the order is completed @AsVi , ie the day they post the sim to you.

If you call customer services once it arrives they normally credit the difference.

Just remember that the staff are also people and be polite please!
