Hi my SIM card isn’t working bin sent a replacement as lost my phone

It’s not because I’ve bin cut off I lost my phone and they sent me a new SIM card now the SIM card won’t work I’ve tried ringing them but can’t get through I’ve bin trying 2 ring them 4 3 weeks now

You need to have the new sim activated so you will need to call them the best time seems to be 8am but they are busy so you need to keep trying.
