I tried to order a sim only for my wife’s phone yesterday which I thought I had done, but then I got an email saying your new sim is on the way and your Tariff has been changed which was not the plan?
I am now on a lower tariff now which I guess I can just change for my phone again but will I be able to use the sim on the way for my wife’s phone which at the moment is pay as u go?
if not what do I need to do as I cannot get to speak to anyone on live chat?

The sim arrived and does not work in my wife’s phone or even mine?
My tariff has been changed which for now is fine so do I just forget this SIM card ?
i will check how I can order a new sim with a contract for my wife again.

Yes just put the sim in a drawer and use it should your sim ever develop a fault,
