I have been in contact with you last week regarding the issue with my connection being really poor and after a network reset it has become worse. It was suggested that I try a new SIM card which was meant to be delivered 14th September but has not arrived. I am now with no phone signal at all as you’ve cut my current SIM card off. What’s the next steps to getting this resolved?

This is not customer services but a customer to customer community, and there is no o2 customer support.. and it sounds like the sim has been lost by Royal Mail.
What I would do is take some Photo ID and pop to a local o2 store and they can sort you out a new sim, or contact o2 to post one out to you again Guide: How to find help & contact O2 but it can take between 3 and 7 working days and is dependent on Royal Mail delivering it.
