Solved: SIM card cancelling

Hi I would like to cancel my SIM card line for my tablet which I honestly do not need, I am not sure why I am even paying for it. The number is

[personal details removed]. Is there a chance I can get refunds for all the payments I have made because I don’t use this line I only use WiFi.
