SIM Swap

Hi, I currently have 2 phones on my account, one is mine and the other is my son's.  I am wanting to swap phones with him but the sims are the wrong size, how do I order new sims please?

Easiest option is to call into any o2 store. They will do the sim swaps and transfer everything over free of charge.

Otherwise call 202 and explain what you need.

So easy and much quicker than ordering the correct sim cards and doing the sim swap process.
