Just received new Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 (Pay monthly ) replacing my Nokia C5 (pay as you Go O2). Do I swap the SIM card from the Nokia to the Samsung or use the new SIM provided. If I have to use the new SIM what happens to the credit and how do I retain the original number ?

If it's the same size sim then just swap them over.

If it's a microsim in the new phone you need to put the new sim in and use the form here : http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Any credit will be transferred along with your number.
