I started a VOLT contract with Virgin Media. You sent me a SIM weeks before the Virgin engineers arrived to install their equipment.
I didn't want to activate the O2 SIM until the Virgin equipment had been installed.
Unfortunately I have lost the original SIM and need a replacement sent to my home address (below)
