I have just noticed this SB7 Mobile on my latest bill. How can I stop it please?
Unfortunately, the way that this works is that you have to contact SB7 and get them to stop the subscription.
There should be contact phone number in the texts you have received. This should be normal (01, 02, 03) number and not a premium rate number.
You should also ask for a full refund of any money they have taken. You are entitled, under Section 45(3) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to insist that this refund is made back to the account from which it was taken. Under section 45(4) of the same act, any refund needs to be made within 14 days of it being offered and accepted.
If SB7do not co-operate or do not refund in full, you can then revert to O2 and ask them to take action under the Mobile Operators Code Of Practice for the management and operation of PFI (Payforit). In common with the other major networks, O2 also have their own published procedure for handling Payforit issues. These were provided to Ofcom as part of a consultation in 2012. A failure to follow this procedure could be referred to the Communications Ombudsman.
Ultimately if a full refund is refused I have evidence that these companies will pay out when faced with the possibility of a claim in the small claims court. Ultimately they have to prove that you knowingly consented to the payments or make a full refund.
You should also complain to the Phone-paid Services Authority about the unauthorised charges. The regulator will not handle individual cases, but will investigate if specific companies generate a disproportionate number of complaints. SB7 have been the subject of a number of other recent complaints.
I have put resources for dealing with Payforit scams on my website at http://payforitsucks.co.uk.
I hope you manage to sort this out. If you need further help please contact me here or through the payforitsucks.co.uk website.
These scams are a disgrace to the mobile communications industry and it is time that they were stopped.
Third parties should have to prove they have consent before being allowed to plunder your account.

Just noticed the exact same charges on my wife's phone
She knows nothing about them and can't remember even looking at a lottery site.
VERY annoying.
You can go to http://prizefun.com/GBR/contact_us.php and enter your mobile number to be unsubscribed

But this doesn't get you your money back. You need to phone them to do that. Make sure you record the call though.

Have they cancelled further subscriptions? I would be calling again to maybe speak to someone else to see how they interpret their 'policy'.

If you dispute that you sonsented to the charges, you are entitled to a refund. It is very hard to subscribe accidentally to one of these 'services'. You have to be shown a landing page with a button on it labelled 'Subscribe for £3 per week' or something very similar. Note that the fact that it is a subscription, and the price have to be on the button you click. Clicking the button will take you to a confirmation page with a button saying something like 'Confirm this charge to your phone bill'. These are the rules for Payforit subscriptions.
If you didn't see these screens, the subscription is not legal uner the Phone-paid Services Code of Conduct. It also isn't legal under UK law which lays down clear standards for what can be conidered 'consent to charge' in these circumstances.
You should also have received a text confirming the subscription within 24 hours of the first payment being taken. If you didn't receive this text the subscription is not legal. You can ask O2 to check whether the text was sent as it will pass through them and there will be a record.
Full details of how to proceed can be found on my website referenced below.
Please make sure that you leave a review of SB7 on Trustpilot. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/sb7mobile.com
O2 need to see the kind of company they are allowing to access their customers accounts.
I hope you manage to get this sorted out.
