So i ordered, and today received the S8 ultra.
A leaflet was attached advertising the £150 trade in bonus, but with no clear instructions.
I don't have anything to trade in at the moment - but thinking i could purchase a cheap device 2nd hand and trade that in so i get the bonus.
But nowhere can i find what the process is to trade in a device.
As i purchased a tablet, does it have to be a tablet, or can it be a mobile?
I guess i process an order on the O2 refresh website, but how will it know that it relates to my S8 ultra order for the bonus?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
